“The unique chord progression feels like 1970’s pop at its absolute finest, and it is so, so damn catchy. Add Amber Nicholson’s lovely voice to the mix, and it adds up to pure pop perfection.”
“In blurring the stylistic lines between old and new, Relick makes music you’ve never heard before that feels as if you have.”
“Everything unfolds beautifully on Twin House. And the band packs every song up expertly, but not before making a pretty rock mess beforehand.”
In 2015, Matt Hibbard and Amber Nicholson forged a connection as creative allies and began recording their debut EP 'Twin House'. The first buzz cut 'Offering' landed a sync placement in Lea Thompson film "The Year of Spectacular Men", as well as garnering local & critical acclaim amongst indie outlets such as Paste.
